Happy Halloween!!!

Well... Ava survived her first halloween! Went to a few houses tonight so dad could get some free candy and Ava had an awesome time watching other kids in very cool costumes. She told Jay... "next year dad, next year is gonna be big!"

Fun with Friends

Sean, Carmen, Declan, and Harper came to visit the Seeleys this weekend. We had a lot of fun (except for the Hokie loss). Ava loved playing with Harper and Declan! She was cooing and smiling at them all weekend. Shout out to Carmen for taking these wonderful pics! We really appreciate them making the road trip to see us. Enjoy the photos!

Pumpkins and Bumpkins

We took Ava to her first pumpkin patch this morning... overall good time, but as you can see Ava hit her limit during the pumpkin photos. We think she had the cutest outfit of any kid there though!

This is when we come to the realization that a normal stroller is not good for mud, dirt and bumps.

In Ava's Grille!

One of Ava's new favorite activities is watching Baby Einstein videos. I was able to interrupt and get in her grille as she was watching BE.... enjoy. Could those eyes get any wider?

Ava's Smirk

Ava is definitely smiling a lot these days and she seems to do it when the camera is not around. Most of her smiles are wide mouth, ear to ear smiles followed by a grunt or noise. However, I caught her giving a "smirk" while watching Baby Einstein yesterday... make sure you click on the picture so you can get a closer look!

Ava's 2 Month Dr. Visit....

Ava had her 2 month doctor visit today. All went well, she is definitely a "Seeley" with how tough she was during all of her shots! Updated stats... She is now 10 lbs. 13 ozs., which is double the weight of a few days after she was born. She's 22" now and getting bigger! Doc says she is catching up VERY quickly to normal 2 month old sizes and overall she is doing great! Mom and Dad also both now have receieved their flu vaccine (Jay = Shot, Heather = Mist)... so we are all medicated up, ready for the holidays!
